Convenient location on tram route, easy access to old town and restaurants; clean, spacious rooms with well-equipped kitchenette; delicious continental breakfast in pleasant dining room; secure and reasonably priced parking. Helpful and accommodating staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rose and the room was lovely, very clean and we had a lovely balcony. Overall we had a really enjoyable stay and we were fortunate to see the burning of the castle. A must see if you can time you trip around it but note get a good place by the bridge with a view of the castle and the water front

We loved the ambiance of the Hotel Rose. The Hotel had many extras, such as a kitchen, dvd player, and dvd's, books, bottled drinks to purchase, etc. The breakfast, which was included was very good, and the staff were very pleasant. There were also good restaurants near by. We enjoyed our stay. Parking was excellent, in a protected environment, as were the accomodations.

The only thing the room did not have, that I could see, was kleenex.

The room at Hotel Rose Heidelberg Inklusive Fruhstuck & Saunanutzung was clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The courtyard was charming and a great place to relax. The buffet breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The tram stop right outside the hotel made it convenient to explore the city. I had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this hotel.

it is little pricey for location. dont make phone calls for information unless you really need to .it costs 15 euro per minute.

the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of food for breakfast. Although we arrived after midnight we found instructions for obtaining keys very clear and precise.

The breakfast had a great selection of food and the bed was comfortable. the location was great because it was near to public transport. We also enjoyed the romantic atmosphere of the room.

The air conditioning didn't work and the room was too hot, making it difficult to sleep well. the bathroom was quite small and the shower leaked water all over the floor.

Friendly helpful staff. Well equipped beautifully clean rooms, private parking. Good breakfast. Small kitchen for guest use so you could make your own cups of tea and sandwiches for lunch. Small friendly place - just the job! Right on the tram line for city centre.Close to bars and resturants. Lovely place nearby called Rabe Bistro run by a local and his Austrailian wife.

Slightly noisy due to the tram line, but this was also very convenient - you can't have everything!!.

Hotel Rose was very comfortable, convenient and an excellent value. I chose it because it included parking, was easy access by tram to Heidelberg Alt Stadt, and was easy access to the a5 to explore the region. The room was very clean and comfortable and each night we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. There are very good restaurants within easy walking distance as well. I would definitely return to Hotel Rose if I return to Heidelberg.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, with an ideal location right beside a tram stop for easy access to anywhere I wanted to go. the room was spacious and quiet, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that all aspects of my stay were enjoyable. the breakfast was a particular highlight, with delicious options that started my day off right.

One minor downside was having to pay an additional amount for parking, but it was a small inconvenience in an otherwise lovely stay.

The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal as we left our car in the carpark and bought a run about ticket (which included the funicular railway trip to visit the castle.) for the trams/buses.The stop for the trolly bus is literally 100 metres from the Hotel.The Hotel is used by the by visitors from the usa.

The photo of the hotel was obviously well photoshopped!! To get that photo you would need to remove the trolley bus cables and all the lamp posts. Other than that none
